Emma has worked with property law-related issues at the law firm since 2007, focusing mainly on property development projects and land development. Her areas of expertise in this field include transactions, detailed development plans, and implementation issues, the Swedish Planning & Building Act, land survey law, such as community facilities and other joint ownership associations,
and easements and usufructs. She assists clients in these areas both in conjunction with negotiations and in courts of law. Emma is often engaged as a speaker and writer.
