Susanne has acted as a strategic adviser and partner in project development and newbuild matters for over 20 years now and has particular experience of tenant-owner apartment projects, comprising everything from land acquisition to completed building. Susanne’s emphasis is on company and property transfers, company law, association law, and tenant ownership. She advises on, amongst other things, company and association formation, preparing cost estimates and economic plans, transaction documents, statutes, advance contracts and leasing contracts, conversion of loft spaces to tenant-owner apartments, and commercial premises rental, etc., as well as providing ongoing advice and dispute resolution services for tenant-owners’ associations. Susanne is often engaged as a speaker on such subjects as the newbuild process and tenant-ownership, but also produces courses customised for specific clients.
