When it comes to development properties, Maria acts as a strategic advisor on project development and newbuilds, including the registration of associations and companies, assistance with Board-related issues, drawing up agreements, cost estimates and economic plans, statutes, advance agreements, leasehold agreements, conversion of commercial and loft premises, and financing. Maria has assisted both borrowers and lenders in financing cases, with the cases primarily entailing acquisition financing, refinancing, and building loans. She also lectures for courses and seminars on property transfers, tenant-ownership, and project development.
