Johan specialises in, amongst other things, issues relating to the Swedish Planning & Building Act, planning law and building law, leaseholds, easements, and community facilities, construction projects, building law and construction law, hunting rights and fishing rights, land and land development (shoreline protection, biotope protection, national interests, etc.) and the transfer of public spaces. He has also, from 2009 onwards, experience of municipal operations and in-depth experience of organising and giving talks for a variety of target groups. He also has leadership experience in both managerial and project management roles. Johan has been appointed as an expert on a number of Government commissions in the area of the built environment.
