Peter has worked for the law firm since 2003, with a primary focus on construction contract law and consultancy law, including sale of goods law. Peter’s engagements include everything from ongoing advice to preparing contracts and contract negotiations. He has extensive experience of disputes in these areas. Peter is regularly engaged as an arbitrator and speaker. He also writes on the subject of construction contract law and consultancy law and has, together with a fellow attorney, published a textbook on the construction industry’s standard agreement, AB 04 (published by Studentlitteratur i Lund). Peter has also compiled a summary of cases, with comments, on construction contract law (published by Jure Förlag).
