After completing his period as a law clerk at Gothenburg District Court, Johan worked at a number of law firms, including Advokatfirman Vinge and Kilpatrick Townsend. Johan primarily works with transaction-related cases, including transfer of commercial, retail, residential, and logistics properties. The transfers are mainly in corporate form and sometimes involve what are known as forward purchase or forward funding cases. Johan has worked with cases involving commercial tenancies and financing throughout his career. In financing cases, Johan assists both borrowers and lenders in matters primarily concerning acquisition financing, refinancing, and building loans. Johan has experience of working with both Swedish and foreign property companies, investment funds, and banks.
