Company law

One of our areas of expertise

Concerns the way in which companies, associations, and foundations are created and dissolved, etc.

We also, in addition to property-related law, offer advice on general company law matters.

Company law addresses, amongst other things, the way in which different legal forms of business entities (companies, associations, foundations) are formed and dissolved, the things that characterise the various types of legal forms, who is allowed to represent them in agreements with external parties, and how the profits shall be distributed amongst the owners.

We have extensive experience of providing advice on matters relating to financing, capital acquisition, start-ups, ownership issues, General Meetings of companies, Board Meetings, company formations, mergers, liquidations, compulsory purchase procedures, issues concerning the responsibilities of Boards of Directors and CEOs, loan prohibition rules, value transfers, cooperation agreements and shareholders’ agreements, and corporate documentation of all kinds.
