Urban began working for the law firm in 1985, since when he has worked with transaction-related matters, including transfers of residential, office, and logistics premises, and various types of development property. Urban also advises on project development and newbuilds, including the formation of associations and companies, assistance on Board-related matters, preparing agreements, cost estimates and economic plans, statutes, advance agreements, leasing agreements, residential conversion of commercial and loft spaces, and financing. Urban’s work over the years has also always included other usufruct issues, right of association law, and company law.
