Martin specialises in usufruct issues in the widest sense of the phrase, with a particular emphasis on commercial tenancies, leaseholds, and site leaseholds. He also works with tenant-ownerships, tenant-owner rental negotiations, general property law, and litigation. Martin has worked with property-related legal issues since 2009 and provided legal representation in numerous proceedings in district courts, courts of appeal, land and environment courts, administrative courts, and before rent and leasehold tribunals nationwide. Martin also lectures for courses in tenant-ownership law and commercial rental law.
