Mattias works primarily with issues in connection with construction contract law, property errors, housing law, and the Swedish Planning & Building Act, but also works with tenant ownerships. Mattias has previously worked as a group legal advisor at the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal in Stockholm, giving him a unique insight into the Tribunal’s administration and case handling.
